This painting by Sabina Gorey is simply titled "Ti Tree". Sabina is an Anmatyerre woman, born 1981. Unfortunately I haven't been able to learn any more about her.
The Anmatyerr are an Indigenous language group from roughly 100km north of Alice Springs, around Ti Tree, and just up from Yambah Station, owned by the Gorey family.
The language is spoken by an estimated 1000 people.
I bought the painting from Readback Aboriginal Art Gallery in Smith Street, Darwin, as a souvenir of the Northern Territory.
